Overview


It is mainly used for continuous brazing of stainless steel pieces, copper pieces, steel pieces and other materials under the protective atmosphere, particularly applicable to various parts of refrigeration, compressor refrigerator and microwave oven parts, auto parts, electronic plug, tools and hardware tools, etc.


The furnace adopts mesh belt to transfer brazing parts through heating furnace and cooling zone. The inert gas or ammonia dissociated gas is used as the protective gas in the furnace to prevent and avoid the oxidation of workpiece during heating and brazing.


The heating furnace (also known as furnace liner) is made of durable fireproof stainless steel and the cooling zone is equipped with circulating cooling water jacket.


Continuous protective atmosphere brazing furnace adopts reasonable heating structure and uniform temperature.The workpiece runs smoothly on the conveyor belt and has little deformation.
